Assess, provide medical management, via consultation with injured workers, physicians, insurance adjusters and attorneys to obtain maximum medical benefits. Maintain positive communication and professional demeanor with coworkers and appropriate delegates. Weekly review of case work, file review and assist with projections. Act as a liaison for the health plan with outside entities, including, but not limited to physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, health care vendors throughout the entire state of Florida.
